J'ai reçu, quelques semaines après avoir eu ma Ioniq, une enquête de satisfaction Hyundai France, à laquelle j'avais répondu.

En retour ils m'ont adressé ce courrier accompagné d'un petit cadeau.

    Je n'y ai pas répondu et j'ai eu ce courrier en février avec une batterie de secours pour smartphone.

    Je pense que c'est un courrier d'accueil pour les nouveaux clients.

    Même chose ici : porte-clé reçu, questionnaire jamais répondu !

    C'était soit une batterie USB pour les clients 2018 soit porte clé pour les clients 2019 il semblerait
