Est-ce une limitation "en général" des PAC ou bien de ce modèle en particulier ?

pour le -10 et le +40 c'est les spec de la pompe a chaleur de la bmw i3.

Sinon sur autoroute la batterie doit Chauffer la PAC ne récupère pas ces calories ?

Non. La pac fonctionne avec un echange d'air.  pas de rechauffage grace aux batteries.
