Bonjour à tous. Je vous écris de Rome, en Italie. J'utilise Google Traduction pour vous écrire.

Je possède une Renault Megane E-Tech EV60, fabriquée en juin 2022, avec 75 000 km au compteur. Il y a quelques jours, j'ai remarqué qu'au moment de relâcher l'accélérateur (freinage régénératif activé) et au moment de la première accélération (freinage régénératif désactivé), j'entends un « clac » métallique. Lorsque je désactive complètement le freinage régénératif à l'aide des palettes au volant, le bruit disparaît. Quelle pourrait en être la cause? L'un d'entre vous a-t-il déjà rencontré ce problème?

Bonjour,

Je suis aussi preneur d'explications potentielles sur le sujet. J'avais entendu ou lu une histoire de jeu au niveau du cardan du fait du couple mais je ne sais dire si un élément qui aurait du jeu pourrait être la cause.
