Bonjour,

quelle était la garantie d'une smart fortwo de 2015? 2 ans garantie générale? Et pour la batterie, combien d'années et de km?

Bonsoir. La garantie était de deux ans. Pour les batteries, je ne sais pas, les miennes sont en location, donc c'est Smart qui a l'obligation de les changer si elles ont une capacité de stockage inférieure à 80% du neuf.

Au Luxembourg, en 2017 la garantie sur la batterie est de 8 ans et 100.000 kms.

 

Pas idée pour les années antérieures.
