Je vous invite à tester le browser Brave : par défaut il bloque toute référence externe au site et donc adieu les pubs, trackers, scripts et cookies cross-site. Je l'utilise avec la pomme avec bonheur.

 

Modifier son host sous Windows revient à étendre/écraser son DNS. S'il faut le compléter pour tous les sites visités cela risque d'être long...
