Exact, avec de la marge je compte aussi 300 à 350km selon la saison sur une charge quasi complète.

J'ai fait 600km pour aller à Florence à la Toussaint et j'ai fait une charge au milieu vers Gènes, 2x300km, 100-25% la première partie, 90-20% la 2e (moins rapide sur cette partie)

 

Demain je fais un aller retour au ski, je partirai avec 90%, et je prévois un arret à Sisteron au retour soit vers 300km, ça passe crème.
