Pour le coup j'avais eu la même chose sur ma Tesla quand la batterie 12v a pété (mais a 6 ans).

Puisqu’elle a moins de 3 ans (comme toute #3), smart va devoir le prendre en charge

Les variations de températures expliquent peut-être les différences d'affichages de votre batterie. Pas certain que ces 2% soient partis pour recharger la 12V.
Si votre atelier Smart n'est pas trop loin, vous pouvez toujours leur demander de checker s'il n'y a pas une perte quelque part et contrôler également l'état de votre batterie 12V.
