Oui il y a bien le nécessaire pour ça. Il se vend même des adaptateurs pour pouvoir utiliser n'importe quelle prise OBD classique. 

Et dans ce cas on a accès aux informations de consommation (avec éventuellement le détail Moteur/Climatisation/Accessoires) ou pas mieux que par l'API ?
