C'est bien le problème, si je devais me retrouver plusieurs fois devant une station aux câbles sectionnés, je ne prendrais plus le risque de me recharger sur une borne du même opérateur (à moins de ne pas avoir d'autre choix).

Ce serait quoi le risque ? je ne comprend pas
