oui

toutes les bornes fonctionnent au moins avec un badge ( reste a avoir le bon )

Le smartphone c'est pour trouver les bornes et vérifier si elles sont libre/occupées/en-panne

ou éventuellement avec l'appli Ionity scanner le QR code pour paiement en ligne sans utilisation carte dans ce cas.
