Bonjour,

 

L'hiver dernier, j'ai vu cette mini-voiture à trois roues à Amsterdam:

Je m'y suis mal pris pour la photo et l'URL est illisible :-/

 

J'ignore si c'est une voiture électrique ou thermique et n'ai rien trouvé en cherchant dans Google.

 

Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée de ce qu'il s'agit?
