Impossible de charger le statut de connexion

Bonjour, depuis quelques jours mon Enyaq échoue à se connecter et je ne peux plus suivre ma charge à distance sur l'app.

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà rencontré ce problème? Solution?

Hello,

 

Oui, problème récurrent sur cette architecture (ID3,4, Enyaq…)

Le modem se déconnecte et il ne redémarre pas seul tout de suite.

3 solutions :

Soit attendre qu’il redémarre mais ça peut prendre quelques jours.

Soit retirer quelques secondes le fusible 19 (dans la boîte à fusibles intérieur) ce qui forcera son redémarrage.

Soit passer en concession voir si ils peuvent le redémarrer.
