Bonsoir,

J'ai le pack technologie plus dans la Mach-E de 2023.

Quand j'écoute de la musique sur Spotify (sur Samsung S23) j'ai des coupures de son environtoutes les 30 secondes, au bout d'un moment cela commence à être désagréable.

J'ai appelé l'assistance via FordPass, l'opérateur a pris la main sur la voiture et il a détecté une erreur.

Il me conseille d'aller chez Ford pour faire une mise à jour du OTA.

Je voulais savoir si un membre du forum a déjà eu ce souci.
