Apple CarPlay annoncé (v2.2)... dans certains pays

La page de mise à jour anglophone annonce la mise à jour v2.2 depuis hier, mais toujours pas en français (Suisse, dans mon cas).

Updates in software V2.2

  • Introduction of Apple CarPlay.
  • Video apps can now be used in the car when parked. Video apps will be available in Google Play Store at a later time.
  • Reduced rate of false “no entry” traffic sign alerts.
  • Improved compatibility with iPhone, including wireless charging.
  • Drivetrain optimisation adjustments.

Par ailleurs, l'équivalent chez la jumelle Polestar 2 annonce une floppée d'autres améliorations au passage, notamment sur l'autonomie.

Updates in software version Polestar P2.2

  • Introduction of Apple CarPlay.
  • Preparation for future video streaming apps.
  • Performance app: acceleration measurement and G-meter for cars with performance software upgrade.
  • Front USB ports opened for external device input (e.g. gaming, music, Apple CarPlay).
  • Cruise control efficiency improvement regardless of One Pedal Drive setting.
  • Improvements to Road Sign Information.
  • Improved accuracy for Google Maps destination state of charge (SoC) value .
  • Improvements to wireless charging for Apple products.
  • Improved efficiency and real-world range.
  • Improved behaviour when switching from Adaptive Cruise Control or Pilot Assist to manual driving.
  • Bug fix for charging timers, incorrect time format rectified.
  • Note: this software release contains a late-detected error that may affect some vehicles. The side mirrors may automatically tilt downwards when selecting Reverse, in vehicles where the “mirror tilt in reverse” setting is set to OFF. This may occur with each drive cycle. A quick workaround is to save the preferred mirror position when not in Reverse using the memory buttons on the driver’s door. If the error occurs, simply press and hold the relevant memory recall button (1 or 2) to quickly reposition the mirrors. Polestar is working on rectifying this issue with top priority and we apologise for the inconvenience.
