    Oui, il faut qu'elle n'ait jamais été immatriculée... Et je pense que c'est LE point difficile à garantir. J'ai acheté en 2011 une Citroën C5 en Allemagne, sur commande, et même si elle n'avait que 4km quand je l'ai réceptionnée elle avait été immatriculée en Allemagne.
