Bonjour 

 

Nous avons installés plusieurs bornes Keywatt IES Synergy 24kw il y a plusieurs mois. Au départ tout semblait normal malgré des délais de livraison non respectés. 

Aujourd'hui plus rien ne fonctionne, SAV aux abonnés absents. 

 

Avez vous déjà eu des problèmes sur cette gamme ? Je pensais que c'était robuste vu que c'est fabriqué en France...

Quelques bugs aléatoires, mais sinon cela marche bien, pas eu de problèmes particuliers
