Bonjour à tous

Disposant d’un compte actif Kia charge, et d’une carte charge Map, je suis dans l’impossibilité de me recharger sur le réseau Ionity 

cela fonctionnait sans problème avec mon EV6 auparavant 

le support téléphonique Ionity me confirme un problème d’incompatibilité avec le chargeur de ce nouveau véhicule et Ionity 

la charge s’affiche en préparation puis la voiture indique une erreur “vérifier le câble de connexion “, même erreur affichée à partir de l’application KiaConnect
