Bonjour à tous,

 

J'ai une petite question sur l'éligibilité au bonus éco et surtout la nouvelle réglementation en vigueur depuis le 1er janvier 2023.

Je dispose d'un véhicule électrique livré en août 2020.

Suis-je concerné par le fait de devoir attendre 3 ans (donc septembre 2023) pour bénéficier d'un nouveau bonus?

Si je lis basiquement la réglementation, je dirais oui, mais si je lis certains articles (https://www.automobile-propre.com/timbre-vert-un-seul-bonus-ecologique-accorde-tous-les-3-ans-comment-ca-marche/#:~:text=Une aide est perçue à,cette fois attendre trois ans.), à priori, je suis éligible à partir du moment où le 1er véhicule a été acheté et livré avant le 1er janvier 2023...

Mais bon, j'aurais aimé un justificatif réglementaire clair, mais je ne le trouve pas...
