Problème de perte de connexion sur l'appli

Bonjour, 

Pour la 4ème fois aujourd'hui, je viens de me retrouver déconnecter sur l'appli de mon téléphone.

Lorsque je me reconnecte, je devrais pouvoir retrouver ma connexion en tant qu'utilisateur principal grâce au Qr code à afficher dans la voiture mais impossible de l'afficher (je ne le trouve pas) sauf à créer un nouvel utilisateur dans l'id buzz. Je me suis alors retrouver avec mon utilisateur en double. 

Bref comme d'hab, j'ai tout réinitialisé.

Avez vous déjà rencontrer ce problème et si oui, trouvez la solution ? 

Mon id buzz est un modèle 2023.
