Apparement je n'ai rien compris... désolé

Bonjour je suis jean-paul, on roule depuis plus de 3 ans avec une kona de 2019. Je viens d'en l'espoir d'avoir de l'aide car elle est de nouveau en panne et on me refuse une réparation qui semblait évidente. merci d'avance et bonne journée
