Porte vélo sur attelage de travers!!

Bonjour

Je viens de réceptionner mon kona de décembre 2020 avec son attelage monté en concession 

J ai positionnés mon porte vélo thule g6 que j utilisais sur ma C5, le porte vélo est de travers sur la boule!!!!

Il est incliné de quelques centimètres du côté passager

J ai réglé le serrage du porte vélo,  mais c est toujours pareil
