Bonjour à tous

je ne sais pas si je suis au bon endroit mais je tente quand même ! 
Le hayon de ma Ion est bloqué, j’entend bien le mécanisme lorsque j’appuie sur le bouton mais ça bloque.

J’ai trouvé sur un forum quelqu’un avec le même problème sur une C-zero. 
J’ai donc démonté la garniture mais rien ne gêne l’ouverture.

Les fils n’ont pas l’air abimés… alors je sèche ! 
Auriez-vous des idées avant le passage au garage ?
