Entendu ce matin sur RMC auto, nos voitures sont compatibles Galileo.

 

Quelqu'un a eu cette information ?

C'est excellent ça. Quand la constellation sera terminée cela donnera accès à une précision au mètre pour le guidage.

 

Il y a déjà 18 satellites mais wikipédia annonce un lancement opérationnel en 2020

et c'est quoi... Galileo ?

Bonjour

système de satellites GPS européens.

contrairement à ceux qui sont utilisé en ce moment , qui sont militaire américain, dont la précision "civile" est 15M environ, Galiléo, devrais permettre un accès "civil " à moins de 1M. et surtout que l'Europe ne paye plus cet accès aux américains.

Pour nous, apparement , c'est gratuit, mais pas pour l'état.
