bonjour 

j’ai une model 3 depuis 2 ans. il y a un problème sur train avant, triangles d’après interlocuteur au téléphone. Je suis en corse et une équipe de rangers devrait passer courant mars pour réparation. Je n’ai pas d’autre véhicule, tesla doit-il me procurer un autre véhicule (garantie)?

Salut,

La politique chez tesla Luxembourg, c'est si la voiture arrivé sur plateau, il te prête une voiture. 

Si la voiture est chez toi, pas sûr. 

Je ne crois pas qu'il y a quelque chose de contractuel dans la règle. 

Tu peux demander à l'assistance tesla, c'est eux qui gère.
