Ma TESLA modèle X est de mai 2017.

Depuis cet été 2020, je signale a TESLA Lyon Dardilly que je ne dispose plus que de 250 KM d'autonomie.

La voiture affiche 78 000 km au compteur.

Tesla fait la sourde oreille lorsque je demande d'appliquer la garantie sur les batteries.

Je ne trouve pas chez Tesla France un service après vente.

 

Merci de vos conseils, adresses, noms de responsables etc...
