  1. Zoe 2 bloquée ''concession

    un sujet a posté sergeaimùargues dans Renault ZOE
    Commandée le 3 octobre, avec date de livraison écrite le 20/10. La ZOE serait arrivée en concession mais Renault refuse de livrer. Toutes les ZOE seraient bloquées! Pourquoi? aucune indication de la part du service client. Quand le service client est joignable, ils me disent qu'un dossier est ouvert et qu'ils ne peuvent rien dire de plus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus d'un mois de retard
