    en allant immatriculer ma 106 électrique a vannes mauvaise surprise! point de carte grise gratuite! mais une a 75.50 pour une voiture de 18ans et électrique c'est une honte! le truc demander a un ami un certificat d'hébergement dans une région gratuite (ex 44) cout de la carte grise 2.50€ puis pour être en règle il suffit de changer d'adresse en venant a la préfecture de la ou on habite changement de domicile gratuit et la région Bretagne n est pas la pire certaine régions c'est plein pot! 117.50 euro pour la region paca il y a la de la discrimination géographique!
