Bonjour,

J'écris pour un conseil. A la livraison de ma Tesla Model Y Juniper à Maurepas (78) il y avait plusieurs malfaçons dont deux concernant des ajustements portière et hayon (Cf photo jointe).

Surplace, à la livraison, sur conseil des personnes présentes, j'ai ouvert autant de tickets pour faire ajuster tout ça en garantie.

Après m'avoir fait passer au service center pour résoudre ces tickets Tesla me balade en ne me répondant plus sur le chat malgré mes N relances cordiales.

Résultat, sur l'item Service de l'appli Tesla, mes 2 tickets ne sont carrément plus existant (comme s'ils n'avaient jamais été ouverts).

Que feriez-vous à ma place ?

J'ai franchement l'impression de me faire arnaquer par Tesla.
