Bonjour,

J'ai 63 ans et réside à Marseille. Je n'ai pas encore fait le pas vers le VE mais c'est en réflexion.

Ce qui m'a amené à parcourir votre forum jusqu'à présent c'est le sujet sur les IRVE en copropriété notamment depuis le décret permettant un pré-financement. Je contribue à l'avancement de ce dossier pour notre copropriété et souhaite partager notre expérience à ce sujet.
