Problème d'ouverture portière arrière gauche

Bonjour,

 

Nous avons pris possession de notre ID.4 ce samedi et depuis lundi impossible d'ouvrir la portière arrière gauche :(

Avant de me rendre en concession, est-ce que je dois vérifier quelque chose en particulier ?

A noter que la portière s'ouvre très bien depuis l'intérieur 🙄

regarde dans les options du véhicule si l'ouverture centralisée est validée pour toutes les portes car il est possible d'ouvrir que la porte conducteur......

Le bouton aussi du verrouillage enfant si il est actif et si la poignée interieur est actionnée tu as une tempo de qq sec.

Sinon go direct atelier VW.

Je vais l'emmener chez VW : campagne de rappel pour les vérins/charnière du coffre.

Ils en profiteront pour corriger le problème.
