mais en pourcentage, la Norvège reste loin devant avec 1 voiture sur 7 qui est un VE car le VT sont très lourdement taxées, les VE sont exemptées de la quasi-totalité des taxes, ce qui les rend très compétitives à l'achat.

Le VE ont accès a des parkings gratuits, recharge gratuites et autorisation des couloirs de bus… mais maintenant cela crée des bouchons dans les transports en commun, donc ça ne va plus durer très longtemps…
