Attention !!

Les garanties du contrat sont surtout utiles en cas d’un accident en tort

 

Dans le cas présent, il aurait été assuré au minimum sois au 1/3 cela n’aurais rien changé !!!

Après c’est sûr, il faut faire valoir ces droit et savoir refuser la première proposition parfois

 

La garantie valeur d’achat peut être top, mais dans le cas de celui-ci ou les tarifs ont augmenté et il en est victime !!! a voir si avec 50k il peut avoir une LR de 2021 (perso je ne sais pas, faut regarder les annonces)

Les assurances on obligation de réparer le préjudice quand on en est victime
