Bonjour à tous ,

J'aimerais savoir si l'un d'entre vous à rencontrer mon problème :

Remplacement de ma batterie de traction suite rappel constructeur en Février 2023 , j'ai envoyer plusieurs mails au service clientèle hyundai qui m'ont dit dans un premier temps , que l'organisme qui s'occupait des extensions ( cirano ) , avait des problèmes de courrier .

je devais le recevoir au plus tard en Aout 2024 !!! Depuis plus de nouvelles du service clientèle Hyundai et toujours pas de courrier attestant extension garantie .

Merci de vos réponses .
