Bonjour,

 

Je charge ma ioniq 5 sur une prise Green up à la maison. Au bout de quelques heures je reçois le message Bluelink : [Alarme] Connecté, mais aucune charge.

Si je vais voir le transformateur du câble de charge, il me met erreur E7 ce qui signifie apparemment surtension.

Je branche alors sur une prise standard sur un autre circuit électrique de la maison et même erreur.

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu ce problème ?
