Bonjour, je possède une Scénic électrique depuis le mois d'octobre. Jusqu'à présent mes correspondants n'avaient pas de difficulté à m'entendre mais depuis quelques semaines moi je les entends très bien mais eux ne peuvent pas m'entendre. Si je reçois un message via sms, je peux répondre en parlant donc le micro fonctionne. J'ai contacté la hot line renault. Après plusieurs manipulations qui n'ont rien donné, ils ont déclaré forfait et me laissent avec mon problème. Merci si quelqu'un peut m'aider
