Copropriété équipée WAAT / Logivolt depuis 2024 - Borne individuelle possible?

Bonjour,

Ma copropriété (livrée en 2020) est équipée depuis 2024 d'une infrastructure collective pour bornes de recharge avec WAAT / Logivolt.

Je souhaiterais installer une borne sur ma place, mais sans passer par WAAT. Mon objectif serait d'avoir mon propre compteur / PDL Enedis dédié à la borne afin de pouvoir choisir librement mon fournisseur d'électricité.

Savez-vous si cela reste possible lorsqu'une infrastructure WAAT / Logivolt est déjà en place dans la copropriété ?

La copropriété peut-elle refuser un raccordement individuel au motif qu'une infrastructure collective existe déjà ?

Est-ce que certains d'entre vous ont réussi à obtenir un compteur Enedis indépendant et à installer leur propre borne malgré la présence de WAAT / Logivolt ?

Mon projet est-il déjà compromis ou existe-t-il encore des solutions ?
