Lors des pics de pollution, les véhicules électriques peuvent librement circuler dans les rues de Madrid et le stationnement y est gratuit. Des avantages à l’usage qui seront renforcés dès le 1er juin 2018 avec l’interdiction d’accès de l’hypercentre aux véhicules essence et diesel.
